when the grafix got changed , it dont let me in to chang them back , will not open

i was going through the things i could do to improve my game play and , there was a vr thing that i could change , to make a better picture , so it said , so i changed it , and now i cant get in to the game at all , it comes up to an err every time i try to start the game ... Help
