Bought stash tab and just gave me access to a "remove-only" tab

I bought a Quad stash tab on ps5 and instead of giving me a new quad stash tab to dump into, it just unlocked my "remove only" quad stash tab I already purchased. Does anyone know if they are giving out refunds for these or giving us another stash tab? I am fine with either outcome. If neither is an option, might charge back my back. Don't even care if it bricks my account. The fact tabs aren't transferable is insane.
