Does support answer emails and unlinking steam

A week ago I sent a request to unlink my steam account from the account I am writing this from now, because I bought poe 2 for my other main one, I wrote to support and for a week now there has been no response, not even from some bot... As I noticed from other posts, they seem to have gone on winter holidays. It turns out that I can't expect a solution to my issue before 2025 or is there a chance in this?
