8 lost skill points and skill tree unusable

Hey I just respec my skills tree and after wards lost 8 skill points, 6 allocated and 2 unallocated. Upon rechecking after the respec the skill tree was broken(skill nodes not connecting)and a few attempts of looking at my stats and skill tree, the whole previous skill line I just respec vanished along with the 2 unallocated skill points. What's the next step from here because Im just going to be severely underpowered to even play now???

Apparently I still have 5 of the 8 skill points with 3 being stuck but none are visible not will allocated into skill nodes. Trying to progress will be pointless without use of the skill tree. How does one get direct help with this issue from company staff or Mods??
