In this case thats "Contained items have (1-20) Quality"
Expected result: (17*1.75) = 29.75 = 29 Quality
Actual result: 17 Quality

Steps to reproduce:
- Open any map with Ambush Scarab of Potency and any amount of boxes
- Roll box until "Contained items have (1-20) Quality" mod shows up
- Remember this value
- Press alt to see if says increased
- Open box to see quality of items
- Compare quality of items to value you remembered
