"The pinnacle of flame" quest bugged

One second character Doryani offers no speak option for "The Pinnacle of Flame" quest. This is in addition to same problem for "Legacy of the Vaal" quest on same character.

Same, I am on the first step to "Talk to Doryani" ... nothing, no joy.

same thing happened here. I got the quest after killing a boss on tier 7. "talk to Doryani" - but there is no dialogue option for them.

same for me - I can neither complete the legacy of the vaal q nor the pinnacle of flame one despite having 3 arbiter kills now
