Perfomance Issues && Dynamic Resolution no longer working

Hi, i upgraded my 1070 for a 7800 xt, i have a i5-14600, 32gb ram.

Im getting crazy frame drops on the game any time i try to do any endgame mechanic i gor from 60(cap) to like 30+-.

Atm the only thing i see or atleast what calls my attention is the shader cache, is always full.

I wanted to try using Dynamic Resolution again, but once i switched the gpu this option seems like is no longer working even tho i have it on even forcin in on production_config.

Tried FSR, vulkan and many other things, nothing seems so work

Any idea what can i do to get better perfomance or getting Dynamic Resolution to work again?

Note: Went back to play some poe1 settles, solid 60fps no drops no anything, full ultra even on high end game mapping/bossing.
