Bug with weapon

I am Playing a witch and i am now in Act 2.
I have the Cobalt Volatile Wand of menace equipped
I am controlling my character with my mouse and when i have this Weapon equipped i cant walk
Whzen i left click my character will just cast not move.
On the Map in Act 1 everything workes fine.
i hope this will help to fix this bug :D. i never wrote a Report.
