Map boss skill points.

Hello, i cant get my 7 and 8th map boss atlas passive point by killing map boss at 82 lvl area. i have killed boss few days ago at 82 area and got my 3rd book and now i cant get 4th. What im doing wrong? its bugged or something? Thanks for help.
