Tempest flurry: not a single shocked enemy the entire waystone.

Mind you, I have extra chance to shock(including that massive 100% support gem) and absolutely none into freeze.

Thanks for the inconsistencies. Proper mathing can go long ways. Please nerf icestrike instead of fixing tempest. Ggs.
