Fireflower Unique Passive Killing Party

When playing Infernalist, using Fireflower unique amulet it seems the fire damage that the passive deals is actually hurting friends too.

For example, when my friend playing Sorc using spark shoots through flame wall, it is dealing immediate damage to them, killing them.

Seems as soon as the spark ignites, it deals damage to them.
