Lost the acess of the beta

Hello, day 25 i was playing path of exile 2 ( i bought the key and activated the key in my main account) today i dont have the permission to enter the path of exile 2 ( note that i have already played 1 day with the account that i activated the key) it says that my account dont have the beta for the game, i already sended an email for the help suport and no response till now, does any one know what i can do??

Many have the same problem including me you buy early access key for key market site and the seller revoked it thats why it happent i already have 3 support tickets 1 in PoE official support one on the Site i brought the key and today i made a report via Paypal to take my money back my account locked after 4 days of playing ....
