Anyone gotten a support reply that did anything?

At this point I'm getting angry! Finally got a reply from support, just to have them suggest something that doesn't even address what I emailed about. So now I get to wait another 3 weeks to get a reply?
Seriously, it's like the support staff didn't take the time to read 3 freaking sentences. Absolutely ridiculous support from this game so far. Last bumped on Dec 26, 2024, 8:35:01 PM

Because their system is just "send us an email" there's no prioritization or automated routing of issues into various bucketed categories that can be grouped and handled more efficiently.
This is the only "support system" I've seen over the past 20+ years that does not have a submission form front end with pre-determined categories that could be linked to the backend internally to a ticketing system like ServiceNow. So what you have is basically a chaotic disorganized queue based on the subject header of the email you send. There are probably thousands and thousands of emails with all different descriptions in the subject line which could realistically be grouped into a finite number of categories related to the game if there was a proper submission form system. This is just amateur level ad-hoc chaos. And people have issues related to fraudulent unauthorized purchases tied to their credit cards/paypal accounts and this company does not take this seriously. |
