Cannot turn in Corpse-snake venom in cruel act 3 after endgame

As title says. I finished the quest "The slithering dead" after I reached endgame. Now Servi is nowhere to be found. Not only did I miss the permanent bonus, I also could not turn in the quest item. This quest item also could not be put in stash. So I am stuck with this 4 slot item in my backpack forever. Please make a way to turn in the quest after endgame.

I also have the same issue. Please make it such that we can turn in the quest item (e.g. by putting Servi into the Ziggurat refugee (Past)). Thank you very much in advance.

I still have the corpse snake venom filling up my stash tab, unable to turn in...

WORK AROUND! this mf thing has been plagueing my inventory for the last 2 weeks and i finally found a fix, heres what i did. go to waypoint and on cruel act 3 fast travel to the drowned city. once in go into the zigurrat encampment. find servi and thats it!
