Character crashes after logging into the game.

我在打 絲克瑪試煉 突然顯示試煉完成 ,然後就直接跳出遊戲,後來我角色進入遊戲就會跳出遊戲
角色顯示地點在 絲克瑪試煉

我如果使用其他角色 就可以正常進入

角色名字 JamieSu

"I was playing Sigmar's Trial when it suddenly showed the trial was completed, and then the game crashed. Now, whenever I try to enter the game with my character JamieSu, the game crashes again. The character's location is shown as Sigmar's Trial.

If I use other characters, I can enter the game normally.
