"Invalid query; Your account must be in-game to use this feature"

I keep getting this error message when I press the whisper button on the trade website. I'm playing Poe2 Early Access on the Ps5.

It might have something to do with my Poe1 characters being linked to the account? Well, I just deleted my Poe1 characters and Poe1 the game but I doubt that will help.

I want to delete my entire Path of Exile website account to see if the whisper button will work when I login via my PSN account.

Why is there is no delete account feature on here?

And where is the in-game trade board?

Now we have to go to an external website and then go to someone's hideout to make a trade if they invite us? I have read that people are missing the offers while they're busy playing the game. Does ggg want us to portal back to town every time we get an offer???? They have added unnecessary steps to trading and it's infuriating because I love Poe2 but can't progress further without trading.

Only have the POE 2 account and game is currently running.

Have been able to make trades both buying and selling in game but get this error when searching on the website for trades.

I found the problem. I have two similar account names with just the last 4 numbers being different (issues with the account verification on day one I guess). So switching to the correct one solved my issue.

But to second the comment from the OP, it would be nice to be able to delete an inactive account.

How did you find the other account? I. Trying everything to fix this dame error and im about to pull my god damn hair out

Ive made new accounts and logged in through the playstation, througu the site.

How do i see which account my playstation early access is linked to?

This account says i dont have ea access o. It. So my poe2 account must be a different one. But i use the same email for everything? This is the email i use for my psn too. How do i see what email is connected to my poe2 account so i can get that linked and get this fixed.
