Update for loosing early access
Support responded to my email about the early access situation. "" If you did this through a 3rd party, you would need to talk to the person you got the key from I am afraid. We cannot assist further with this."" I still do not understand how the 3rd party can help me recover early access when path of exile removed it.

I can only assume the key was obtained through some fraudulent process by the original seller, which was now actioned against (say the keys were press keys or similar which were resold instead). The 3rd Party won't help you much besides offering you a new key (which who knows - might just be disabled again), but in all likelihood, you're either out your money or will get a refund.

"even if i had no problems with the 3rd party app lets say that could happen. Still they provided 0 reason and they refuse to provide an explanation in support | |
Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. |
