I recently attempted to purchase game currency for my Path of Exile 2 account using a KK card but encountered an issue. Below are the details of the problem: Transaction Date and Time: 12/25/2024 at 3:56 AM UTC Amount Charged: $30 Payment Method: KK Card Issue Description: During the transaction, I received a “Server timeout” message, and the purchase was unsuccessful. However, the balance on my KK card was deducted. I have already contacted Nexon's official customer support, and their response was: "The PIN you provided was redeemed on 12/25/2024 at 3:56 AM UTC.
