Premium Tabs into Quadstashtab

as an early user there wasnt any spacialtabs back then so my premiumtabs stacked up to 43 . . .

the question is, is there a way to convert 20 of them into quadstashes ? i empty´d all of them in poe 1 and named them in poe 2 ( convert me ) so that should´nt cause a problem
