I am a new player who just bought POE2 on Steam. When booting up the game I was forced to either create a Steam POE account or login to an existing POE. I created a Steam POE account with the misunderstanding that it would be the name of my in-game character. Scouring the internet and forums, I found the support team of POE expeditiously assisting existing players with similar encounters. However,
I contacted support through the message function on this website on 20 December, no reply. I then tried to email support at support@grindinggear on 21 December, no reply. It's already been a week since I logged into the game, can try the game sure. Not a big fan of the absent support at the moment. you email support and wait, any other means of contact results in them telling you to email them
