I can’t use trade site on console PS5

I have two separate accounts linked to my PoE account. One is my PSN and other is one I created after purchasing PoE2. My purchase of PoE2 doesn’t show on the account I created for PoE2. This is causing me to get an error message stating “use in-game name to whisper for trade”. I honestly don’t think there’s a solution to my problem that I could produce/execute. I believe the solution is on your end that only GGG can fix. Please help me ASAP I need trade site to progress.

Hey there, can you please ensure that you're using the right sub-account when accessing the trade site? Users are able to change which sub-account they're currently accessing by using the "Switch Account" feature found on the top of our website.

where do you choose a sub account? i don't see anywhere to do that and my account doesn't show any of my poe2 chars
