My Offering gem for the second round of the Chaos Temple has disappeared (POE2)

Hello,

My Offering gem for the second round of the Chaos Temple has disappeared from the hotel/inventory following a game crash .

I placed the offering in the hotel then opened the door and the game crashed ... it completely disappeared and of course now the door remains closed.

Same thing happened to me :(

I had the same issue. When put in the statue then closed the game, it is now gone. I'll try to find it again.
