can't activate key on steam

My steam account locates in Hongkong. I just bought a King of the Faridun Supporter pack and claimed a steam client key. but i just can't ectivate it on my account. it shows that this content dose not sell on my region. What can i do?

Hey there, if Path of Exile 2's Early Access is not available in your region through Steam, we have a stand-alone client which can be downloaded at https://pathofexile2.com/download or alternatively you may be able to try Epic Games.
