Seismic Cry does not consume Endurance Charges,

Just confirming that Seismic Cry does not consume endurance charges. Nothing happens.

According to Seismic Cry, it "Empowers the next Melee Slam Attack you perform, plus an additional Attack per Endurance Charge consumed."

When the monster is stunned and I use Seismic Cry, I will get a second Sunder wave as my next empowered attack. However, if I have endurance charges (circling me), and I use Seismic Cry, the endurance charges don't disappear (consumed), nor do I get any additional attacks.

Are you heavy stunning? Seismic Cry "Only counts Heavily Stunned enemies for purposes of counting Power Gained."
