Problems with PoE2 Early Access Keys

Hello, i recently redeemed a key on the website to get access to PoE2 and upon inserting the key, i selected Playstation platform and the website accepted it. However i do not have access to PoE2 on my Playstation (the account was linked) and when i go and check in my profile i find only the Steam and Epic keys which said to be also included, but nowhere im finding a way to get the game on console even though it said it was an option...

If you wish to play early access using console, you'd need the appropriate console key such as by purchasing the Early Access Pack via that console's shop. PC access keys would only grant access for PC and would allow you to play using the stand-alone client or via Steam or Epic Games. I hope this clarifies things for you!

I have done the same today, redeemed the key for playstation, but I have no idea how to play it on the playstation now.
Why was there an option to redeem it for the playstation when you actually can't use it for that? |

If the key you redeemed was a PC access key it would have granted access to Path of Exile 2 early access via PC. As mentioned, if you want to play the early access on console you'd need to purchase the Early Access Pack from that console's shop.
