Scammed

hey guys,
just wanna let u be carful from the player - HuangWeizhe - ShenBao#7778.
he is posting on POE trade - 90 exlted orbs for 1 Divine orb.
i reached for him to make the exchange and he scammed me and gave me 90 alchemy insted.
when i tryed to reach him back he is ignoring me and not whilling to talk to me at all.

1. there is someting i can do (support ticket) ?
2. plz ce carful and check twice before ur accepting a trade cuz its very very disappointing.
