Missing Guild funds

A friend (guild member) donated 168 + 17 points to guild but those never showed up on the guild budget..
I have poe msg about the user donating but that never came through. He was initiate at the time but upgrading him to guild leader made no difference. Looking at the guild transactions they show as canceled but he didnt get the points back? Is this a known bug or am i missing something? Last bumped on Dec 27, 2024, 6:33:50 AM

Guild points must be accepted by the guild leader on the website in order to be applied to your guild's balance. The page for Path of Exile 2 guild leaders to accept points is here.
