My Witch is Glitched

My Minion Witch doesn't have any minions. Last night I tried to play with the character but noticed she was holding the wrong scepter on screen with not minions nor flame hound + no access to minion skill despite having spirit. Visibly speaking the character is holding the incorrect scepter/wand during gameplay even though the correct items are in the inventory. I tried swaping items, restarting my PS5, checking spirit levels and swaping characters but it seems the issue still remains. I request and appreciate any help
