help,my ip has been banned!

My account is zhangkewei2018#0100. I paid 30 USD via MasterCard at 12/27 in HK，The message I get is "Your IP has been banned. Please contact support if you think this is a mistake".Well obviously this is a mistake, how do I resolve this problem?

Hey bud, if your ISP gives you a dynamic IP, you can leave your router off for awhile and power it on, you should hopefully get a new IP, unless they have long lease times
