FPS drop when i use "Orb of Storms" with "Lightning Rod"

When i fight... for example with boss, and when i used Orb of Storms and Ligthtning Rod my fps drop to 20... I had two boss fights with "XESTH". When using these skills, not only do I experience FPS drops, but black squares also appear for a while xd.
I only have this problem in PoE2. I have the game set to high performance, graph detailis - all graph.
My spec:
RTX 4090
i9-13900K
32GB RAM

I have the same issue, althought i have a much

currently playing lightning arrow + lightning Rod + Orb of Storms

always when cast 2 orb of storms + Lightning rod my FPS drop from 120fps to 20 fps
and game is unplayable. sometimes i drop even to 10fps

please help me

OK, I've eliminated this problem a bit.
1. I did a clean system format.
2. I updated the latest drivers for everything
3. I changed DLAA to Quality
4. I added PoE2 on Windows to get maximum performance. (windows > graphics settings > Hardware accelerated graphics processor schedule "ON" > Graphics performance preferences > added PathOfExileSteam.exe and PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe and set to maximum performance)
5. I disabled dynamic resolution, triple buffering and dynamic deletion.
The game runs smoothly, I don't have any stutters when I play alone.

Same problem... When using the sphere of storms and
Lightning Rod, FPS drops to 20-30 and lags begin... It’s impossible to kill bosses as an archer with such polishes, =(

Yes, there must be a bug with "Lightnig Rod" skill. I tested it in hideout and I can drop from 280 FPS to 50 FPS, while triggering Lightnig Rods with both "Lightning Arrow" and "Orb of Storms". This is without actually hitting monsters. Anything that triggers "Lightnig Rod" will make huge FPS drops. And the weird part is that after the rods are gone, it can take 1-2 seconds for FPS to start to go up. I even stopped using "Lightnig Rod" with "Orb of Storms" on bosses because of it.

Can confirm I have this same issue and I have some pretty gnarly specs similar to post above. Surprising that even the 4090 also has the same issues.

It's driving me nuts. Also drops to 50 fps or lower. Need to use dynamic culling to even be able to play the game in certain events like simulacrum or rituals where I need to be placing dozens of rods constantly and then the game looks like absolute dog shit.

My wife just had this tonight. She's been playing this character for a while and had some slowdown but tonight fps was dropping to around 8. When she does the orb of storm and spams lightning bolt, mine drops to about 24. There was a patch today, so not sure if that caused it. After dying twice in the chaos trial and losing all experience and our ultimatums, she rage quit sadly.
