Early Access Key not working

Anyone having this issue? I redeem a key, and it shows that is active in my Steam account, but when I start the game. I get an error message saying that I need to buy a key? I asked Steam and they said it was on GGG side

If you redeemed a Steam client key via Steam, this would just unlock the Path of Exile 2 client for your library but would not grant access to your account. You'll need an Early Access Key to play, which you would obtain by purchasing one of the Early Access packs or by redeeming an early access key here. I hope this clarifies things!
