Cant see my characters on my POE ACC

I've logged into my POE acc to trade and was trying to figure out why none of my items were selling (Page and a half of rares for 1 exalt), and I have been trying to trouble shoot it myself, but can not find a solution. I have 3 characters and when I click my profile on the website, I cant see any of them. They simply do not exist on my Online account. Ive linked both email and steam with no progress. Ive even seached the trading tab for my name and I do not exist. Please help! Thank you!
