Constant disconnection when going into maps

I keep getting disconnected from the game whenever my character enters a new map. It happens in both campaign and end game. Everytime the game logs me, there is an error message saying "Unexpected disconnection occured".

Having the same issue, where I would be able to play for maybe 5-10 minutes, sometimes less, and then get disconnected from the game. Losing Trials of Chaos progress and is mad annoying.
