BUG SANCTUM DISCONECTED

I've had this error at least 3 times. It's so bad that the last time I used Unique Relic it cost 4 divines. Please let me finish it!!!!!!!
This error only occurs when starting floor 4. Even though I have fixed the connection and changed IP/Server many times, I cannot access it again.
