Unable to purchase MTX from website despite having more than enough coins

Hello,
I'm trying to purchase MTX off the website shop but whenever I try to buy an item, it only redirects me to buying more coin bundles, despite having 610 coins on my account. I verified I'm logged into my correct account and the coins show up on the top next to my account name. Any ideas?

I bought stash tabs earlier in the in-game shop. The MTX I want to purchase are not available through the in-game shop because they are PoE 1 MTX that are backwards compatible with PoE 2. I’ve seen multiple people post about this issue in the forums as well with no resolution.

Any idea whats happening? I was finally able to buy MTX but I had to buy more points to get the full set I wanted. However, I'm back to not being able to buy MTX on the website again even though my account is showing 800 coins available.

Is there a resolution for this case? I keep missing out on sales and I have 940 coins now since I upgraded. I still get redirected to the "Buy Points" page instead of the website allowing me to buy MTX and I verified on multiple browsers and even a different laptop if it has the same behavior and it does show the same behavior. Any help would be very appreciated. Also I know its the holidays so this can wait until you're back. Thank you

Same issue here, can buy mtx via in-game menu, but not on the website. It redirects me to buy more points even though I already have them. Tested on multiple devices and multiple networks.

I just bought 600 coins (now I have 760 coins)... but when I try to buy something from the pathofexile.com shop page... it just says (buy more coins).

This is really frustrating as I bought the coins to spend them and now I'm stuck not being able to buy anything !!!

Hopefully this gets addressed soon once devs are back from vacation

I've had this issue since mid-December, they don't seem to see it as a priority to address and fix, even though I've seen multiple forum threads reporting this exact issue by numerous players. :/

Kinda like the PC crashing issue, if at least they rotated the MTX skins in game or allowed to view more than 8, or allow us to access the watchlist via in-game shop. I missed out on sales because of this, very nice to have points that you cannot spend.
