poe 2 - 1 death on maps ends map is too punishing

Title says it all. Maps are very punishing after campaign. the 1 death ends a map is too punishing. Mobs in maps are way too high damage and have insta kill techniques. River hags especially are ridiculous.

many mobs have insta kill and its just too much.

Also maps lvl 60+ mobs are dropping too much lower gear items. they need to drop gear to their level. i cant level up much because everything dropping is lvl 40, lvl 28. its ridiculous to kill a lvl 67 boss and a lvl 40 or item 28 drops. Oranges are also showing up as lvl 28 ridiculous or under. you do all that work and you get rewarded with a low level item.

maps barely drop as it is.

4th ascendency difficulty is also very high and the coin doesn't drop that much.

Not being able to revive your co-op partner or have them re-enter using an existing portal is so unbelievably poor dev design. If the "six portals" are meant to signify 6 players with one attempt, just have it be one gateway that people click on...

Going through the entire campaign learning that dying during a fight can allow rez if you can get to it, or after the boss dies, only to have that removed for the most basic maps is such a terrible game experience.

Now I need to have my wife reroll and follow a SSFHC build just to play with me. I hope they rethink this.

Not sure why they did this but they need to bring it back to the way it used to be in POE 1.
