Hacked, sent an e-mail 1 week ago.

Wanted to add visibility to the current hacker problem by saying that i to have been hacked, they robbed my divines 1 day after i got a headhunter, roughly 1 week aog.
Bypassed steam, no new login on the mail, no response from GGG (yes its holiday time).
I encourage everyone who has had this happen to them to make a post so that GGG can understand what a major issue it is.

expect nothing returned by GGG, all you can do is make sure that they hear the outcry for proper security measures, not this junk.

Ty for the insincere copy paste response, i get that people are on holiday, but as a service provider, ( i work with developing and selling solutions as well )

there is a time for rest and there is a time for putting out fires, for such a large and popular service provider to not even send a response to e-mails after weeks , almost a month for some individuals or even doing an announcement about it since its obviosuly a systemic issue.

This is the closest we get to a point of contact for invested time and money down the drain, and we get copy pasta? pfft.

I agree with you mate.

The approach that was used by GGG is a shoot in the knee in the middle of the marathon.

I understand the issue they have now:
Like, over 1m sold copies, it mean at least 10% want to reach support with some issue. It's 100k ppl writing emails in 5-10-14 days.

The point I want to GGG watched and wrote on their dashboard is "to discuss":
"If you run to relese 2nd game of your studio, and you expect a lot of issues like autobans with no reason, issues with wrong account links (steam platform for distribution), and other types of issues whitch require help from support, e.t.c =>

WHY YOU NOT INCREASE YOUR SUPPORT SIZE

to handle all this chaos what`s goin on (even after almost 1 month after release) with support requests.

WTF...

you did the almost perfect support for poe1.
Why its an issue to do this with poe 2.
Why we can`t just get fuc**ng email response for help request (i am not even says abut actual help, just response)
Why tons of ppl still waiting for responses (3 weeks +)
