no access to my email - Support is not responding

I bought POE2. My account is using an old email address that I no longer have access to.
Now I've paid money to play, but I can't play. That's very frustrating.

I've already written to support, but haven't received a response.

Please change my email address or give me my money back. Then I'll create a new account and buy the game again.
