HELP: ACCOUNT ERASED???

I bought 2 keys on December 21st, for my son and my account. I just went to log into steam and I receive a message saying this account does not have access or a key. I was assigned a steam key and an epic key after buying the keys from instant gaming. Rolled a monk and leveled him to 12 and now this...unreal, Devs/Publisher? what's going on, are these websites selling fraudulent keys to us?>

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. Please note that if Early Access was removed from an account for any reason other than that account being moderated, your items and characters should stay put. So it sucks your about to learn this from me but when you buy from a third party seller you have to make sure that they are sourcing those keys legitimately.
https://www.fanatical.com/en/about-us See like this tells you they source their keys directly from the companies themselves. The site you got yours does not. This means they can sometimes sorce theirs from individuals. Individuals who stole credit cards and sell fraudulently acquired keys. A good way to check is via https://isthereanydeal.com/shops/. If in doubt only buy from the official source. |
