Ping issues

I have been experiencing horrible ping spikes ever since I started playing early access. I would join an instance and my ping would be amazing then the next instance would load and my ping would climb into the thousands. I was able to figure out a quick fix be resetting my instances by the waypoints during the campaign. However I am not able to do this in the endgame and have wasted many way stones and lost tons of XP due to this ping issue. Its 50/50 when I load a map on whether or not I get a good ping server or not. I have done everything I can think of to try and fix this issue. I even had my ISP check my internet etc. Please someone tell me there is a fix because I am not sure how much longer I cant take this, I would like to actually enjoy the endgame. IF anything can the devs find a solution so I could somehow reset my instance once I load my map like I was able to do with the waypoints throughout the campaign. Please someone help!
