Lost Account and Progress in POE 2 – Anyone Else Experienced This?

Hi everyone,

I've been playing this game for over a week now, but when I logged in today, it seems like there’s no account associated with the game anymore.

I checked the Path of Exile 2 website, and it shows that I didn’t purchase the game either, which is strange because I’ve been playing without any issues until now.

I’ve already reached out to Grinding Gear Games support and am hoping they can help resolve this, but I’m really worried that all the progress I made might be gone.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.

In the latter case, rest assured that none of your characters, items, or progress will be lost if only the key was revoked and your account has not been compromised.
