I have purchased the key for EA and played and reached the end game i have around 50hours within this game for poe2, however outta nowhere i lost access and i lost my money????? i tried contacting the support team and no luck to any response and i have tried even getting a refund but it doesn't work. I literally just wanna play the game in peace, i tried all the solutions on the web and nothing worked for me i have even tried reinstalling the game and nothing works i checked my profile here and it says i don't have access anymore which was weird i still have the EA code and everything and now i don't which is kind of messed up, if anyone got a solution please help or if you got a spare key that would be nice of you.

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.

In the latter case, rest assured that none of your characters, items, or progress will be lost if only the key was revoked and your account has not been compromised.
