you could do this yourself, if you use gmail they offer what amounts to it, similar IP address lock but the unlock code is sent to your phone.
In effect, someone tries to hack your account (they already have the details) it locks the account and a code is sent to your email address. The hacker also has access to your email account, but the IP lock locks that as well and can only be unlocked by the message sent to your phone. I know gmail dose this and it's likely that other email providers do the same Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
