I bought 2 week ago POE 2 early excess and played it like 10 hours. But now when i try to sign up, it says i dont have early excess anymore. i dont know what to do. Please help

From the previous posts, almost all of this issue is due to you the players going outside the official portals to purchase the EA through key resellers, and those resellers are then refunding the keys which nulls your access.
If you have not purchased from this site, from the epic or steam store page or though the console store pages then your only recourse is to try get a refund from your key seller.

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.
If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.
In the latter case, rest assured that none of your characters, items, or progress will be lost if only the key was revoked and your account has not been compromised.
