Pc+xbox+ps5

i got the game by mistake on steam,,, no problem got a pc,, i really wanted it for Xbox ,so I want and bought it again for xbox x Cool i could go back and forwards with both nice! But a friend of mine was plying on the ps5 and wanted me to get it for it so we could chat etc etc, so i went and bought it for ps5 but wen i log in to PoE2 on the ps5 its like a brand new account,,,,, how can i link it to I dunno steam xbox? So my character shows up on my ps5?
