I'm pretty sure they are still on vacation till new year I assume then it's going to be a big overall coming through with replies and patch/hotfix notes so, these posts from Dec 24th till current is just empty till then.

Yes, I did get a reply to my email from GGG support team after few days of waiting. Have mercy, they get hundreds of mails from players, I feel like it's hard to reply that all immediately....
