Belt gone

I tried linking my ingeuinity Belt in Chat, and it fcking disappeared? Like its gone gone, i dont understand what happened? I just pressed ctrl+alt leftclick item as always and it was gone. I'm not new to the Game so i thought maybe i put it in some stash on Accident but its just simply gone.

After a Relog it reappeared in my inv, sry just got a bit anxious xD
