Tower Boss and Special Merchant Tablets for crafting

TLDR - Give Towers a optional activated mini boss (Sister of Gharukan statue?) that grants special precursor Merchant Tablets upon defeat turning Waystone nodes into high ilvl item base Merchant areas free of monsters like Nameless Seer (or places these Merchants inside monster maps).

Finding different extras on the map like Seer and Vaults is always exciting but I feel there could be a bit more quirky stuff players could look forward to as they venture out into the unknown.
Some nodes could be simple Merchant Camps that sell Normal Bases and random already cut Skill Gems where you sometimes if lucky stumble upon a 5-link or even a 6-link.

For this you could utilize the towers where a couple of corpses/items would be scattered in the different sections of the Tower map and collecting/activating them would trigger a mini boss in the last round Beacon area as you enter. One of the Sisters of Gahrukan statues could come alive and upon defeating her she would drop a special Tablet that infuses Waystone nodes with these Normal base selling Merchant and skill gem sellers.

This way people would not zoom through the Towers just to get it done and would instead clear the tower to find what activates the mini boss in order to get special Merchant Tablets. This would be another nice gold skink for players with millions of gold to hunt for expensive crafting bases. And the ilvl bases of items could be based on the Waystone lvl used to run the tower which in turn would make the Sister statue drop high ilvl Merchant Tablets. Because now very low lvl Waystones are used to run Towers.
I think Towers have more potential and would incentivize end game players to farm them in search of these end game crafting base Tablets. 1 or 2 empty nodes would convert into a Merchant Camp in the area. And Radiated and Corrupted markers would increase the ilvl of the item bases as well so there would be some strategy and luck to it.

Markers? - I think the endgame Waystone map is really neat. You get lost sometimes but maybe a marker system is implemented in the future, like Elden Ring where you can use a set amount (5-10?) of symbols to mark spots of interest.
