ilvl and Affix tiers should be clear

Item affixes and which ilvl they appear on should be transparent. I know eventually the player base is going to more or less tease it out but right now any new player joining the game is going to fight uphill not understanding what the value of what they are looking is.

Maybe a site hosted wiki or somewhere inside the game we should refer to a list and get an understanding of what can show up on items. Walk up to some kind of Codex in the hideout or in town. I don't know.

But know what is available and can appear is important, knowing which group it counts as and which ilvl item you need as a base are all important parts of knowledge that we are excluding new players out of because they don't know these are actual in game mechanics on loot drops.
