Gear Customization is Lacking

I have purchased many of your cosmetics for money and it just doesn't leave me feeling like I have a one of a kind character, but does make me feel like I've completely trivialized any cosmetics from gear I've found. This is bad UX

Suggestions:
Make gear drops in the game feel more unique from a cosmetic perspective. More "wow this one unique though it may be slightly less effect gives me a rare look that's worth it" Could also add transmogs once found though I like the harsh choices.

Add some interest to seeing more cosmetic differences between combining different helms, armor, gloves etc. "love the way that this gloves hexagonal pattern pairs with this armor's exposed shoulders"

Add dyes and beyond."I dyed this armor black, but also upgraded it with spikeplates and I'm loving my look"

Still make money: Have the micro transaction shop also support highly detailed customizations. "I just bought prismatic radiance on my gloves as well as modified it with bestial ornaments and really am feeling my griffin cosplay. Nobody else has this exact look"

I'd love to use the mouse wheel as well as others to see my unique perhaps understated identity, and would love to pay you all money in decisions that make me feel that way and not just like I can also have a set of loud pets, footstep patterns, and wing set as everyone else.

Thoughts?
